Welcome to our wedding

We're buzzing to see you on the 1st November.

Hi,

For those who don't know how we got together, we thought we'd tell you a bit about ourselves...

Our elder sisters (Lydia and Leah) had actually been friends for years after meeting on an EMW summer camp at Bala over a decade ago, but we didn't know each other until they both attended the same camp in 2022.

We instantly found a lovely friendship & felt like we'd known each other for years (well, our families kind of had!). We became a 'couple' following the Aber conference a few weeks later and we've loved growing together and spending time with each other ever since.

Over the past few years we've enjoyed watching lots of football too, including attending regular matches at Southport FC (Beka's team) & Peterborough United (Dan's team).

Beka has gained lots of (somewhat unsolicited) birdwatching knowledge from Dan's love of birds & nature on our regular long walks, and Dan has learned of Beka's love of squirrels (stemmed from the likeness to her hair) and how to create a perfect gel nail.

We made our first major purchase as a couple last year, a Mazda MX5 (aka 'Derek') and hopefully he will see us off on the Big Day in style!

We're looking forward to starting our lives together as a married couple, and to carry on being committed to each other for many years to come.
